Can Vitamin C Prevent A Cold?

Did You Know?

At the proper high level vitamin C is an antiviral (flu, colds, polio, monomania), antihistamine (relief from nasal congestion, sneezing, or hives ) antibiotic (antimicrobial substance active against bacteria ), antipyretic (fever reducer), anti-toxin (neutralizes toxins).

There is not one case of vitamin C toxicity anywhere is the world’s medical journals. You are probably wondering why you haven’t heard this information from your medical doctor right? Sit back and relax and let me explain.

Medical doctors go to medical schools which are owned by the pharmaceutical companies. Where the doctors study medicine, and then the doctors go and practice medicine. Do you see anywhere in the medical doctor field that they learn about nutrition?

This is why most of the time you won’t hear your doctor referring you to help your disease, cold etc… with nutrition. 

Learning

I continue to learn about nutrition and how our bodies are made up of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc… and not made of prescription drugs, I realized how I can help myself and my family without going to the doctor right away.

I want to do more for my body to help my body perform at good levels and help my body function properly and keep disease, pains, and sickness away!

Here is an educator that I am learning a lot of information from.  His name is Andrew Saul and his website is http://www.doctoryourself.comAndrew does not sell or tell you what products to buy, which I like:-) He educates you on vitamin therapy and what to look for in vitamin supplements.

On Andrew’s website, he has a lot of information on how regular medical doctors have been using whole foods and vitamins instead of drugs to help people with all different kinds of human problems since the 1940s.

Vitamin C Protocols Tested

Every time a cold or sniffle is coming on, I take around 5000mg of C.  and wait 15 minutes. That’s all it takes for me to start feeling better. Then about 1 hour later, I take another 5000mgs. After this dose, if I get to bowel tolerance, then I don’t take anymore until the following morning. I usually take 4000-6000mgs a day of vitamin C.

Healing Power of C

Last spring my son Owen came down with pink eye. His body ended up needing 25,000mgs of Vitamin C throughout the day for 2 days straight in order to cure his eye. That’s all it took no going to the doctors for us!

If you need to go to the doctor please do so. 

Our bodies are wonderful at healing us if we help our bodies out and be patient to let the body heal itself.

Dr. Fredrick Robert Klenner cured viral ammonia several times with mega doses of vitamin C.
